Project Coordinator – St Albans
Poggenpohl Group UK Ltd is a successful luxury kitchen company dealing with both private and commercial clients. Due to ongoing service and process improvements we require an individual to join our head office team to provide support to our network of own studios mainly across the London area.
You will responsible for assisting with the day to day processing and organisation of our retail jobs with your main duties including, but not limited to:
- Liaising with Installation Managers, Client Liaison and other colleagues across the business
- Completion of delivery notes
- Liaising with our third party warehouse to co-ordinate delivery schedules
- Organisation of fitters installation bookings/diary management
- Completion and distribution of fitters packs
- Checking and seeking approval of fitters invoices
- Product ordering direct with suppliers where necessary
- Customer service/after care support
- Supporting installers and Installation Managers with day to day challenges
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required to support the business
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would be a self motivated, enthusiastic individual who has the ability to work independently using their own initiative. You should have the ability to think fast, work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. You should also be computer literate, specifically excel spreadsheet experience is essential.
Fulltime:
Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (Maternity cover 10 months with potential for permanent contract at the end)
