We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Project Sales Manager to join our UK projects team. You will need a hunger to chase and close new business while increasing the value of current customers whilst supporting a team of Business Development Managers.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • develop and implement strategic sales plans that expands the customer base and solidify our market standing
  • achieve growth by hitting sales targets by successfully managing the project sales team
  • provide regular reports of sales progress directly to the Managing Director
  • provide the necessary reporting, as required, to the wider business
  • liaise closely with operations regarding secured and future sales
  • creating new business through cold calls and inbound warm leads
  • contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • develop a clear understanding of the market (London centric) and competitors
  • researching organisations, individuals and specific projects to find new opportunities
  • increasing the value of current customers whilst attracting new ones
  • planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Previous experience in the Kitchen and UK project market is preferable
