Our condo building had a pipe burst in December 2022 and we had to renovate and restore 13 units that suffered water damage. We just finished the work and thankfully, we were able to replace the damaged Pogggenpohl cabinets with new ones. Each unit owner worked with the team in the Soho store on the design their kitchens and the process could not have been better. Everything from the first meeting to discuss the large scale of the project to the white glove delivery has been nothing short of incredible. The team works like a well oiled machine and after the design is done and the cabinets delivered and installed they continue to stay on the job to meticulously inspect each kitchen until every item on their punch list is completed. The only thing I can say is you have to be patient. These cabinets are like the Mercedes of cabinets and they take time to make, so prepare to wait, but in the end I assure you it will have been worth it.
