Herford, 25 août 2020. L’avenir de la plus ancienne marque de cuisine du monde est assuré : le rachat par l’investisseur stratégique Jomoo Allemagne, filiale du groupe chinois Jomoo, a abouti comme prévu. Toutes les conditions contractuelles ont été remplies, de telle sorte que la transition économique aura lieu le 1er septembre 2020.
Fabrique de meubles Poggenpohl : signature du contrat avec l’investisseur stratégique Jomoo Group
Le nouveau propriétaire de la plus ancienne marque de cuisine du monde : en tant qu’investisseur stratégique, Jomoo Allemagne, filiale du groupe chinois Jomoo, rachète la fabrique de meubles Poggenpohl qui a son siège en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Un achat annoncé récemment par un autre investisseur n’a pas abouti. Le contrat avec Jomoo pour la restructuration transférée a été authentifié le 10 juillet 2020 ; il a été décidé de ne pas divulguer le prix de vente. Jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur du contrat (plusieurs conditions suspensives doivent être satisfaites au cours des quelques prochaines semaines), l’administrateur d’insolvabilité Manuel Sack poursuivra l’exploitation de Poggenpohl pour l’acheteur.
